How Gossip Harbor Energy Works
A practical reference for avoiding wasted natural recharge, understanding energy potions, and finding legitimate public rewards.
The basic loop
Do not let natural recharge sit at the cap
The community reference reports that ordinary kitchen-board energy regenerates by one point every two minutes and stops at 100. That means a full bar can pause natural recharge. If you are about to collect a large reward, spend enough energy first that the refill has room to continue.
Before claiming
Check your current bar. If it is near full, make a few useful merges before opening a potion, chest, or reward.
During play
Choose one order or merge target before spending energy. This reduces board clutter and makes each session easier to resume.
After a reward
Use a large refill when you have time to play, rather than claiming it just before leaving the game.

Energy potion values
These values are a useful planning reference, not a publisher-issued reward table. Confirm the label shown in your own game before using a potion.
| Item | Reported energy | When it is useful |
|---|---|---|
| Zap of Energy | +2 | Small top-up when you are below the cap. |
| Blast of Energy | +6 | Save when you can immediately continue an order. |
| Punch of Energy | +15 | Use after creating room below the cap. |
| Shock of Energy | +40 | Best when you have a longer session available. |
| Big Bolt of Energy | +100 | Check your bar first so natural recharge is not paused unnecessarily. |

What a legitimate reward should not ask for
- Never enter your game account password on a third-party reward page.
- Prefer the original post from an official Gossip Harbor account over a copied link in a comment.
- Do not share your player ID publicly unless an official giveaway specifically requires it and you understand its rules.
- When in doubt, skip the reward and wait for a source we can verify.
